Children should spend time outdoors because of the numerous health and educational benefits that they can get. In this modern era of technology and gadgets, the time spent playing outdoors has drastically reduced and has even become nonexistent in some places. The health benefits that they may gain, which are numerous include both physical and mental health.

You do not need to invest much money to keep them outdoors, just get simple outdoor playing equipments like balls, skipping rope, a swing or good trees for climbing, though all these do not have to be a must since children can make up their own games when they are left to play.
